How do I add a book to my library?

Tap the + button in the Library tab. You can add books by scanning an ISBN barcode with your camera, searching by title or author, or entering details manually.

How does the reading timer work?

Go to the Timer tab, select a book you're currently reading, and tap Start Reading. The timer will track your reading session. When you're done, tap End Session and enter your ending page number to save your progress.

How do I sync my library across devices?

iCloud sync is available for Premium subscribers. Go to Settings and enable "Sync Library". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID on all devices and have iCloud enabled.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free users can track up to 30 books with basic features. Premium unlocks unlimited books, iCloud sync, Apple Watch app, advanced statistics, Year in Review, all widgets, and data export.

How do I restore my Premium subscription?

Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I export my data?

Premium subscribers can export their library in CSV, JSON, or Goodreads-compatible format. Go to Settings > Export Data and choose your preferred format.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings app > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > PageTurner > Cancel Subscription. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions for your purchase.

How do achievements work?

You unlock achievements automatically as you read. There are 60+ achievements across 5 rarity levels: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Check the Achievements tab to see your progress.

Is my data private?

Yes! Your reading data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account. We don't have access to your books, notes, or reading habits. See our Privacy Policy for details.
